Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DeveYouna Games ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Teen Patti Master (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game you agree to this Policy.
1. Summary
- The Game has no sign-in or sign-up. You can play without an account.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, or other information that directly identifies you.
- The Game is a casual card game. It has no real money, no real-money betting, and no cash prizes. Virtual chips and coins have no monetary value.
- We use AppsFlyer for analytics and install attribution.
2. Information processed
a. Information you provide. None is required. The Game does not contain registration, profile, or contact forms.
b. Analytics and attribution data (AppsFlyer). The Game includes the AppsFlyer SDK, which processes:
- app events and usage data (for example app opens, sessions, in-game actions, and, if applicable, in-app purchase events);
- device and technical information such as device model, operating system and version, language, network type, time zone, and a coarse region derived from your IP address;
- identifiers such as the mobile advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, where permitted) and an AppsFlyer device identifier;
- install and referral (attribution) information indicating how the Game was installed.
We use this data to measure app performance, understand aggregate usage, detect technical problems, and attribute installs to marketing sources. AppsFlyer acts as our service provider / data processor for this purpose. See the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
c. Data stored on your device. Game progress, settings, and your virtual chip balance are stored locally on your device. This information stays on the device and is removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game.
d. App store data. The app store you download the Game from (for example Aptoide or Google Play) processes downloads, and any purchases, under its own privacy policy. We may receive aggregate, non-identifying statistics from the store.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate real-money gambling or real-money gaming, and we do not process real-money wagers, deposits, withdrawals, or cash-outs of virtual items.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children (see Section 7).
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Game and in measuring our marketing, and, where required, on your consent for analytics identifiers and advertising identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time through your device settings (see Section 6).
5. Data sharing
We share data with AppsFlyer as described above, and we may share information with hosting and infrastructure providers that support the Game, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required we use appropriate safeguards.
6. Your choices and rights
- Advertising identifier: you can reset or limit it in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Local data: clear the app's data or uninstall the Game to remove information stored on your device.
- Access / deletion: depending on your location you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because we do not hold information that identifies you by name, we may need the relevant device or advertising identifier to act on a request. Contact us at the address below.
7. Children's privacy
Teen Patti Master simulates a card game and is intended for adults (18 years and older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Data retention
Analytics and attribution data are retained by AppsFlyer for the period set out in their documentation and our account configuration, then deleted or aggregated. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the Game.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the Game.
