These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Teen Patti Master (the "Game"), provided by DeveYouna Games ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Casual entertainment only
Teen Patti Master is a single-player casual card game played against AI (computer-controlled) opponents. It is provided solely for casual entertainment and does not offer real-money gambling or real-money gaming.
2. No real money
The Game does not involve real money, real-money betting, cash prizes, or financial transactions. All coins, chips, points, and other virtual items displayed in the Game are virtual game elements only and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, or converted into real money, goods, or real-world rewards.
3. Virtual items
- Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Game only; you do not own them.
- They are non-transferable and non-redeemable, and have no cash value.
- We may change, regulate, remove, or reset virtual items and balances at any time, for example when updating game balance or features.
- Virtual items are not stored value, credit, or a payment instrument of any kind.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or attempt to extract source code from the Game except to the extent permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use cheats, automation, or exploits, not to disrupt the Game or its providers, and not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Age requirement
The Game simulates a card game and is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Game you confirm that you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction.
7. Third-party services
The Game uses AppsFlyer for analytics and install attribution, and is distributed through third-party app stores. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeveYouna Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Because the Game involves no real money, we have no liability for the value of any virtual items.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the Game.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeveYouna Games operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
